dc.description.abstract |
In the concluding observations of the Committee, the Committee has lauded the state for its recognition of and commitment to workers ‘ rights through the setting up of institutional mechanisms and a legislative , judicial and administrative framework. The adoption of the Labour Migration Policy was also mentioned as being a positive course of action. The committee report identifies gaps in the entire process and includes recommendations and suggestions for the better implementation of policies, and provisions set out in international conventions among others. |
