Abstract
In 1984 in planing for its work programme for 1985-1986 the Asian-pacific development center decided up on networking as its basic approach to project implementation.The success of its networking activities in the execution of the 1985-86 work programme provide APDC the necessary impetus to enhance its networking methodology in the execution of its current work programme for the period 1987-1989
