At the invitation of the Tribhuvan University centre for economic development and administration (CEDA),the third meeting of the committee on studies for co-operation in development was held in Kathmandu from 3-7 September 1979 with the object of reviewing and following up the programme of work agreed to at the first two meetings held on Colombo in September 1978 and April 1979.
