Abstract
In recent years, there has been a phenomenal/ of interest in the networking of management development institutions as a common approach towards the advancement of the management development profession at the global, continental regional and sub-regional levels.This phenomenon is attested to by the emergence and proliferation of associations of management development institutions every where in the world and by the increasing use of such associations in the channeling of development assistance by the donor community.
